Team Plugin not working

    This is the only Team plugin that I prefer over all the others. Unfortunately, all of a sudden the plugin stopped working. I believe it stopped working when I updated it to the latest version. I can’t find where to get a previous version for it to work again. So now I’m stuck with two pages, Team & Board, that are not working.

    It just shows the shortcode itself on the pages and in my wp-admin panel, I don’t see the “Settings” button in the Team menu anymore.

    One more thing: WordPress on that website is the latest version. I have tried deactivating all other plugins, no difference, so no other plugins are affecting it.

    Hi! Thanks for getting back to me.

    What you suggested I try is exactly what I have in the HTML code portion of the post. I have not changed anything with the shortcodes for months, it was working just fine before I updated the plugin. The Gutenberg addon isn’t showing up. It seems the plugin isn’t running at all. 🙁

    In the wp-admin panel, the Team menu portion, usually there would be “Settings” to edit the plugin look, etcetera – it’s not showing up at all, I just see the normal Team menu content that you would see without the plugin.

    Hello,

    Please send me admin end screenshot? If plugin not active then shortcode show as text. Last update we only add image width and height parameters.

    Hi!

    Tried the older version, still the same. So it’s not from the plugin update itself. The only things that have changed is that all plugins were updated, WordPress updated to the latest version, and our host provider just finally updated the PHP to the latest version, 7.4. Like I previously said, I also deactivated all plugins except Team to see if it was another plugin affecting it, but it still wasn’t working.

    If it helps, the theme I use is from Organic Themes, Organic NonProfit.

    Hello,

    I see a conflict between the theme post type name and our plugin name. There is no menu showing form our plugin.

    Can you hide your theme post type?
