    Hello

    Is there a solution where if the Superadmin starts a conversation with the chatbot and receives an incorrect response to a question, the chatbot is prompted to remember the correct answer in context?

    Hi @zsolt82,

    You mean you would like the superadmin to teach the AI? It’s not possible, it doesn’t work this way 🙂 The only way to teach an AI to behave in certain way is through finetuning or contextualization: https://meowapps.com/ai-engine/tutorial/#contextualization/.

    It’s important to understand how AI works so that you know its limitations and find ways to go around it. In your case, you could create embeddings, finetune your own model, or simply try to create a better context.

    Start with a good context, it works pretty well with the new model; actually, I was amazed as how it performed when I ask to act as if it was me. It actually knows a lot of information from me, from the web! I added more information to the context to make sure it doesn’t go too far, and kind of give it directions, but that was good enough already.
