TBA Possible?

    Greetings,

    Just getting started trying out The Events Calendar. How would one list an event with a date of “TBA” (To Be Announced)?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    This is a great question. As you can imagine, displaying an event with an undefined date is tricky, especially on certain views (e.g.: the month view – which month should the event be displayed in?).

    Long story short, we don’t have such a feature for now.
    But you could probably get that on the List view with a bit of a hack.

    1. Define your event for a date in the future
    2. Add “TBD” to the event title
    3. Using CSS rules, hide the time and date only for that specific event in the event details page, the list view and the day view
    4. Hide that event completely from the Month view
    5. To make it “stick out” a little more, you could make it a featured event

    This is not awesome, but it might work.
