# Taxonomy.php error

 * I tried to upgrade from 2.2.3 to 2.3. When I tried to run upgrade.php, I got 
   the following errors:
 * Warning: main(/home/notyetar/public_html/wp-includes/update.php): failed to open
   stream: No such file or directory in /home/notyetar/public_html/wp-settings.php
   on line 202
 * Warning: main(/home/notyetar/public_html/wp-includes/update.php): failed to open
   stream: No such file or directory in /home/notyetar/public_html/wp-settings.php
   on line 202
 * Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ‘/home/notyetar/public_html/wp-includes/
   update.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/notyetar/
   public_html/wp-settings.php on line 202
 * I can’t even access the site. What do I do to change it?

 * I’d first consider deleting the WordPress files and reuploading as per Steps 
   7 and 8 in [Upgrading_WordPress_Extended](http://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress_Extended).

 * Also problem when creating new page
    Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error
   as array in /home/.torin/globalfriendsnet/pylonltd.com/wp-includes/taxonomy.php
   on line 1014
 * Any work around? is there an old version of the file that is working?
