Hi,
not sure I understand the question properly :/ is it about permalinks for different taxonomies into an hierarchy or about – https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/beautiful-taxonomy-filters/ ?
Ok. Let me explain in more detail.
My pod (tours) is setup to contain info from each stage of the race. The Taxonomy is hierarchical, with Tour Name as parent and Year as Child.
Currently the link structure is
domain.com/tours/day1
I would like it to be
domain.com/tours/tourname/year/day1
Hi @napalmx37,
did you maybe deactivate the default option of “Hierarchical Permalinks” or any of the other settings for permalinks that are enabled per default?
https://docs.pods.io/tutorials/rewrite-options-for-pods-custom-post-types-and-taxonomies/
Then I have no idea what’s going on with your installation as this is default WordPress behaviour – can you try a fresh install? Is the default category for posts working as expected?
Hi @napalmx37
As @quasel mentioned earlier, please take a look at https://wordpress.org/plugins/beautiful-taxonomy-filters/
Custom permalink structures aren’t a Pods feature, the above plugin might provide you with the functionality you need.
Cheers, Jory
