taxonomy conversion not working

Should also allow bulk mapping , more than one cat to term conversion at a time. Right now it filters one cat to move but if those posts have multiple cats, they are no longer available in posts to be moved to multiple new terms in a post type.

ie: post1 is cat1 and cat 2 , and was converted to custom type into whatever terms. The conversion was filtered for cat 1 so post 1 got converted although it still needed to be converted to an additional post type term.
