Taxonomies Fighting Each Other

    @alanchrishughes

    I have several taxonomy sets, one being “SiteSections” and another being “photographers”. When I tag a post with a term from each, it seems to only show up in one or the other, sometimes it does show up in both though, but probably most of the time it only shows up in one. I try un-checking it from the taxonomy section it is showing up in, but then it just doesn’t appear in either. I post a new post, just check under the one taxonomy term that wasn’t working before, and it does show up. When I view the list pages for each taxonomy it only shows the first two from each one, even though I don’t have any limit set in my taxonomy-photographers.php template, and the back-end lists still show that there are more than just two. I’ve tried that goofy visit the permalinks page trick that works for custom posts, but that didn’t work either.
