Taxes Not Working in WooCommerce

I have set up this shopping cart for a catering company I have gone through the whole process to set up taxes and watched tutorials to make sure i did it right and they are showing but not calculating. Any suggestions?

I had a look at your site and it would seem that taxes are now being calculated;
