Hello, can anyone help? We have disabled all plugins on the site, cleaned Woocommerce transients and all other tools, enabled a simple template, but VAT does not appear.
I understand you’re having trouble with the VAT not appearing on your site. Looking at the shared screenshots, it seems all settings are correctly set and should be functioning.
Although you mentioned that you have disabled all plugins, it may be worth trying to switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront) to see if the issue persists.
As I understand the taxes do not show anywhere, correct? This means on product page, cart or checkout.
Can you please share screenshots of a product page on the website and also of the same product’s editor so we can take a look at the product’s settings?
Also, I see your taxes are set for a specific state, correct? have you tried adding it to everywhere just to check if it works?
I tried to replicate the issue on my test site by following the information you shared. As a result, I was able to see a note that indicates how much tax is included. Here is a screenshot:
To find out why is this not working on your site, let’s try Checkout Block. Create a new Test Page and add a Checkout Block to it. Then publish it and see if that shows any note about the tax. This guide will help you with adding the Checkout Block on your Test Page.
Lastly, I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.
