  • Hi there @artmas,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I understand you’re having trouble with the VAT not appearing on your site. Looking at the shared screenshots, it seems all settings are correctly set and should be functioning.

Although you mentioned that you have disabled all plugins, it may be worth trying to switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront) to see if the issue persists.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Hey, @artmas!

As I understand the taxes do not show anywhere, correct? This means on product page, cart or checkout.

Can you please share screenshots of a product page on the website and also of the same product’s editor so we can take a look at the product’s settings?

Also, I see your taxes are set for a specific state, correct? have you tried adding it to everywhere just to check if it works?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hello artmas,

    Thank you for your reply.

I tried to replicate the issue on my test site by following the information you shared.
As a result, I was able to see a note that indicates how much tax is included.
    Here is a screenshot:

To find out why is this not working on your site, let’s try Checkout Block.
Create a new Test Page and add a Checkout Block to it.
Then publish it and see if that shows any note about the tax.
This guide will help you with adding the Checkout Block on your Test Page.

Lastly, I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Best regards.

https://oaky.lt/test/ – but in front-end its not showing and whole design are broken.

    Maybe its issue with wpbakery?

    Hey, @artmas!

    Maybe its issue with wpbakery?

It might be, have you tested it without it?

Also, I see here you added not only Lithuania, but one specific State too. When testing, did you use an address from this State you added?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

That was a problem. In Lithuania we dont use any State codes 😀

    Hey,@artmas!

So, to confirm, everything is working as it should now? 😃
