Taxes Not Right

    I’m using the JetPack WooCommerce Service to automate tax calculations, but they are not correct. The software is correct, but TaxJar doesn’t have updated tax numbers and most were in place in 2017. I’m really frustrated.

    As you can see from my titles, here is my test ones of 10 locations in MN and 4 of them are incorrect.

    Hi @ladylike4,

    Thank you for the information and screenshots! Since part of it is working, and other parts are not, be sure that both WooCommerce Services (ver. 1.16.1) and Jetpack (ver. 6.5) are both up to date? TaxJar came out with an update to the Minnesota just a few weeks ago with a bunch of re-calculations for Nexuses. Please let us know if the plugins are both up to date.

    Also, be sure that you have the full address to get city/county taxes calculated correctly, as TaxJar requires it. An example can be seen here.
