Taxes not displaying in Cart and Checkout

I have installed plugin for Woocommerce and entered the settings so that the cart displays the price including taxes and set a standard tax rate at 8.25%, but the cart is not displaying taxes. The site is bbinabb.com. I have also added the Woocommerce Cart Tab. I have tested on a separate page with the standard Woocommerce cart widget and the tax is not displaying there either. So I am guessing it is some setting that I have missed. I have set this up on a couple of other sites and it is working fine. Any help would be appreciated.
