    Hi there!

    Thank you for the System Status Report and screenshots. Have you already take a look at the Automated Taxes do not appear to be calculating under Frequently Asked Questions to see if that’s the problem here?

    If yes, I’d recommend updating both WooCommerce and WooCommerce Services to latest version (after making sure you have the latest backup – your web host can help you with that), and then check if you’re still seeing the same behavior.

    I’m confused about this “tax nexus” – this company has seven locations. We chose Mt. Pleasant, SC address as home address but they reach into NC. Here are the locales of billing info where taxes weren’t collected –

    Cornelius, NC 28031
    Hickory, NC 28602
    Kannapolis, NC 28081

    So I need to setup a tax rate for the state of NC, right? Is there anything I can do about the taxes missed in those orders?

    I’m confused about this “tax nexus” – this company has seven locations

    In that case, you may want to consider other automated TAX plugins that allow multiple nexus like WooCommerce AvaTax and TaxJar as WooCommerce Services cannot manage multiple locations.

    Is there anything I can do about the taxes missed in those orders?

    The best way forward would be to edit the orders and add the additional TAX manually, and request customers to pay the difference.
