Taxes not being applied WP E-commerce

    I have all the settings set up properly for the taxes however when at checkout the tax line shows 0 taxes.

    These are my settings:

    Turn tax on
    Product prices are tax exclusive – add tax to the price during checkout
    Apply tax when Billing and Shipping Region is the same as Tax Rate
    Apply tax to Shipping Address
    USA California 9% tax rate

    Hi,
    Did you get this sorted out?

    If not, maybe try setting “Apply tax when Shipping Region is the same as Tax Rate”. The “and” in “Billing and Shipping Region” might be an issue.

    I’ve found that sometimes after adjusting tax settings I need to clear chace, cookies for it to be picked up.

    Thanks, no one had got back to me so I ended up just switching to a different ecommerce plugin.
