Tax required by law in Netherland

    Hi,

    As you may know, the simple template is useless for Dutch webshops, as they are required by law to state the VAT (btw) of the products. Although I will (grudgingly) pay for a premium template, because I don’t see a free plugin to make law abiding invoice and I don’t know how to code and I don’t want to make every single one by hand, it feels a bit unfair…

    Stating upfront that taxes are not shown in the simple template at least is the honest thing to do.

    Hello Yneqe,
    This plugin is used internationally and for many people the Simple template does the job perfectly well. Please remember that this is a FREE plugin. This plugin (even the free version) offers a lot of functionality that other paid plugins don’t even have!
    Supporting and maintaining a plugin like this is very time consuming, and in order to make that possible I have created some paid extensions (like the premium templates). With this comes premium support too. I don’t think there’s anything ‘unfair’ about that… In my opinion, even the paid versions offer very good value for money.
