Tax not working correctly

    I’m having this issue with woocomerce. My taxes are rounding. for example if I have an item that costs 45.00 dollars and the I have a 7.000% rate in the settings it should total 3.15 in taxes but it rounds it to 3.00. I have followed all the steps on configuring the tax but with no luck. please any help will be appreciated.
