Tax is removed after order change

    Hi,
    When I want to edit order (doesn’t matter which part), after I hit button Update, it removes tax at shipping.
    We mostly have products with reduced rate (9,5%), but shipping is standard rate (22%). When order is placed, everything is perfect.
    But when I update order, this standard rate at shipping is gone.
    This also changes total price and all tax calculations.

    Hey there @bencakz,

    Thanks for including that video – I can see that shipping tax was included on the order before modifying the order. After the change, the shipping tax has disappeared. The order total is updated, subtracting the tax.

    I tested this on my end by setting a flat rate shipping method and making sure it was taxed. The tax showed up correctly when the order was submitted; when I edited the order by editing the customer name, the shipping tax remained.

    Hi @bencakz

    I just wanted to quickly check-in with you about the problem you reported with us. Were you able to get this resolved?

    Please try using the built-in Flat Rate Shipping method as Hannah had suggested. This should help you get taxes to be calculated.
