Tax is getting calculated only on shipping and not on product

Hi,

I am working on website https://canadaledcompany.com/global-dev/
global-dev folder is demo folder on which i am working.

I am having problem in tax calculation.
There is one only one plugin activated currently i.e, Woocommerce
And theme is Twenty Sixteen

Tax is getting calculated only on shipping and not product.

I have updated all plugin, theme and WordPress.
Even In Woo-commerce Setting>General> Shop address is set. And Default Customer Location is Shop based address.
Tax rate is also added properly

To test whether woocommerce setting is done properly, i created another site
https://canadaledcompany.com/demo-dev/ with fresh installation.
And on this site, it is showing correct tax calculation.
All the woocommerce setting are same for both site.

Please help me in fixing this problem.
