Also, please do not leave a bad review simply because there is a bug. We developers are here to help fix bugs. Ask for support and then post a bad review if you don’t get help, but let us try and help you first.
I’m trying to help you on the other thread anyhow. You have to allow us time to fix problems.
wow… what a crappy review. I run it through Google Translate, as I was curious. It just tells that there’s a bug in the tax calculation. Something with 20k above, he can confirm and therefore he gives a 1* review. A review one can print out and glue onto the toilets door. That’s where this belongs… people like this guy make me really sad.

Hmmm…I know from first-hand experience that Mr. Williamson is a dedicated developer but I am curious about review etiquette: isn’t it the point of a review to rave about features or rant about bugs??
And yes, the Japanese made me look! =D

WordPress.org’s forums are to benefit the WordPress.org community, which includes the theme and plugin developers. If someone’s ranting without providing any details to resolve the issue (usually by not opening a support topic prior to the review), they are not contributing towards the community.
I’m just going to remind people here to please post in English because these are English forums and some people have forgotten.
It’s fine to rant about bugs, but it’s crossing a line when the bug in question is actively being fixed and the OP hasn’t given ample time to let it be fixed.
@takamasa I suggest you consider to change your rating and ask FIRST for a solution for your problem BEFORE you give a bad rating! That´s not helpful for the developer and the continuation of the project.
AFAIS it´s a excellent plugin and your rating is not appropriate at all.
I wish there would be a reconsideration request for old ratings, to be able t change them!
The person who left the rating is able to change it if they choose.
