My site is California, US based and want to apply tax only on order from CA, USA. Therefore, I did this on Store Setting by adding Tax Rate for USA & California. Also, I know that tax rate should apply to shipping address and I did so. And I tested to see if everything is working well.
When I put California for billing address, tax is calculated and added to total amount on the checkout page. However, once I completed it with Paypal Standard, amount on Paypal screen doesn’t include tax amount and Order History in the Store Sales does not include tax, either.
If I set tax rate apply to billing address, then everything is working perfectly. However, if I set tax rate apply to shipping address, tax appears on Checkout page but disappears when Order is placed.
What should I do for this?
