 * Yes it’s down. I created support ticket and was told that it was server issue
   which has been resolved. But i still dont see widget icon on my website.

 * Still not working for me. Tawk.to replied to my email about 1H ago and said they
   were aware of the problem and working on fixing it.

 * Strange. They told me that issue was resolved. But still i am facing it. Now 
   they aren’t responding.

 * it works now, I noticed I was logged out of the Tawk.to plugin settings in my
   WordPress admin dashboard that’s why it wasn’t showing up anymore.
