Hi there,
Thanks for getting in touch.
This can be done with permissions and changing the settings to allow users to only view/complete their own tasks.
To do this, could I kindly ask you to navigate to Zephyr > Settings > General settings and then under permissions, scroll down to the role you want to edit it for and remove ‘View Projects’ and View Tasks’ and instead replace it with ‘View Assigned Projects’ and ‘View Assigned Tasks’.
There is also a setting below the permission options called ‘Who can complete tasks’ and you can change this to ‘Only Assigned Users’.
I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any other questions and I will be happy to help.
Kindest regards,
Dylan
Dylan, tks for reply.
I did your steps, its ok, thakyou a lot.
I want create a task, and assign to 6 users, but need that each user check your own task, like a checklist of all users, like a checkpoint. I will see if “USER A” did your checkpoint, and “USER B” didnt, in a dashboard for tasks. by this way, a task its finished when all users make your own checkpoint.
It is possible?
Hi there,
Thanks for the response and I am glad to hear that helped.
I believe subtasks might work for this, so you can create a subtask for each user and they can complete each of the subtasks and complete the main task if all the subtasks are done.
Do you think this would help?
Thanks.
Kindest regards,
Dylan
