Task Scheduler Not Connecting

    I see this message in the Help Tb of the plugin:

    Connection not successful. Please check our knowledge base for tips to solve problems.

    Connection timed out

    As I am the admin of the server I have increased the timeout parameters several times without a result.

    I attach the system information:

    Hi @ralmarcha

    Have you tried increasing your cURL Timeout as well?

    Yes, I configured a 30 seconds timeout for curl and it still throughs the exception, but showing the new time: “cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 30000 milliseconds”.

    Additionally NO error mesage is writen in the Nginx server log, so I don’thave any clues about what is happening.
