    In whishlist page it’s possible to add target=”_blank” on button ? i’m
   use Textual (anchor) format.

 * the Add to Cart button shown on wishlist page is the same that WooCommerce uses
   on product loop
 * In order to customize it, you could consider to override default loop/add-to-
   cart.php WooCommerce template in your theme folder, but this would of course 
   change Add to Cart on your loop too
    Otherwise, you could consider to filter 
   HTML of the button, using `woocommerce_loop_add_to_cart_link`, but this is a 
   more fiddly procedure
