• Please help me. I’ve been trying for ages now to insert any kind of wordpress plugin slider to the Target Theme. It never works, there is a slider already but it’s not a moving one and I just need a simple slider like the nivo slider inserted into just the homepage underneath the navigation menu. PLEASE someone explain how you do this?

Which WordPress plugin have you used?

When you use the Nivoslider plugin, what specifically didn’t work? Can you link us your webpage with the Nivoslider plugin implemented?

I don’t actually have a website yet, I set my computer up to be a local host and I was originally inserting the slider code <?php if (function_exists(‘nivoslider4wp_show’)) { nivoslider4wp_show(); } ?> into a parent theme before I knew about child themes.

I created a child theme of target to mess around with and I created a new functions php file and inserted the code above and the slider appears but at the top of my page and I don’t know how to move it to where the old slider was or how to remove the old one.
