    Hello, I am getting the follow error when sending data to Google Shopping.

    Hi @mortimer , we will need the following two information which you need to e-mail us.

    1. The feed link and screenshots of the feed configuration you set?

    2. Logs:
    >>Go to your Dashboard > Product feed > Settings
    >>On top, go to the Logs tab. See Image: https://jmp.sh/6NGnhal
    >>Choose the latest log and click on View
    >>Then click on Copy, save it on a text document and send it to us.

    Simply send these data to our support e-mail and will give you an update there. Thanks.

    Hello, I emailed at the beginning of the month and heard back from Jahir on Feb 3. I provided temporary login details on that day for troubleshooting. Still waiting to hear back for a resolution.

    You need to come to our live chat since the issue is with your Google Merchant Center account.

    Where we will run tests and you’ll confirm from your account in real time.
