Tapping social network logo on mobile doesn't open comments tab

    If I’m on a phone and tap the social network logo whose comments I want to view, they don’t pull the comments from their respective networks. It would be nice if users could tap the icon to see the comments. That’s my main concern.

    A secondary concern is how the browser scrolls up a little every time any of the tabs are clicked/tapped, so you can sort of walk your way back up the page away from the commenting section.

    Not big deals, but certainly things I’d like help straightening out, either through support or a future release.

    We can see that tapping social icons loads the respective social comments. Le us know your website url so that we can check if there is any issue at your website.

    A secondary concern is how the browser scrolls up a little every time any of the tabs are clicked/tapped, so you can sort of walk your way back up the page away from the commenting section.

    We will improve this in upcoming releases.

    Try placing following CSS in Custom CSS option at plugin options page in admin panel:

    ul.heateor_sc_comments_tabs{
    height: 50px !important
}

    I’m sorry to reply so late. I added that CSS, but it didn’t solve the issue. The comment threads still do not toggle after tapping the icons. To clarify, they do toggle when the text showing the number of comments is shown (i.e. “(0)”).
