Can you please tell me if your user was added to the LMS after purchase?
You should be able to check this by logging in to your TalentLMS account as Admin
and searching for the user in the Users page, or by going to Reports > Timeline, and checking for any new user signups or courses assigned to users.

No sir, no users were created.
Thank you for this confirmation.
Please ensure you are not logged in to WP Admin when making test purchases, and that the email address of the user is not one you have previously used in the LMS and have deleted (unless permanently deleted from the Reports timeline).
