# Taking Moto Orders

 * Hi,
 * We are migrating from Magento to Woocommerce. We periodically have customers (
   all DTC) that are not very connected and require us to take their order over 
   the telephone or even mail order.
 * The process for doing this natively within Woo seems longwinded and not at all
   user friendly, especially if we need to create a new customer. Are there any 
   plugins that can help us with this, user account lookup and order creation, or
   a CARM plugin service that can do the same?
 * This is separate from payment processing – we have a payment processor and are
   working on integration with Woo although they are not quite there yet. We can
   process payments offline in the mean time.
