Take Field Data to Populate a PDF

On my custom “New User” form, I have a required field titled “Organization”. What I am trying to accomplish is to take that “Organization” data that was populated by the user, and have it automatically populate on a PDF. This should be unique for every user and their unique organization. It should go on a PDF that contains labels. The labels will read “Donated by……..” and that is where I want the organization data to populate at. I don’t want to have the user input it themselves, I want it to be there for them already when they navigate to the PDF. Any and all help is much appreciated.
