# Tags – plugin?

 * Hi, I am really new to wordpress and don’t know much css at all so bare with 
   me. I want to be able to display by categories or tags like they are displayed
   on the bottom of [http://www.photoblogs.org](http://www.photoblogs.org) or like
   they are diaplayed on the left side of the main worpress support page.
 * I don’t have a clue where to start.
