tags not being inserted into my posts for wysiwg

    Hey guys using the content editor I cannot for the life of me get it to use <p> tags.. I edit the content even manually enter them in the html markup view.. upload and fine.. go back to visual and save and all the formatting gets nuked..

    my page’s template is using the_content() so im not sure what the heck is happening! switch to html view after a save in visual and all the p tags are gone!

    any help would be most appreciated!

    Don’t switch back and forth between visual and html mode. It’ll make you lose your mind.

    You don’t need to manually insert <p> tags, WordPress does that for you on the back end.
