I wanted separate Pages and links for each Blogs in my website sunriseinternational.ae.

I have created a website called sunriseinternational.ae,
I have created more tags for pages also for my post(Blogs)
I have added more than one pages or post to one tag(like shree krishna bahety).
We searching in google the link is showing like
sunriseinternational.ae/tags/shree krishna bahety/
In this link all pages and post which i added this tag is showing in single page with readmore button. Also one one website link is coming in google search.
I need all pages and post should come as separate links in google search. Now i created each page with separate tag.
I need to know whether in google search all pages and post with tags come separately or in combine of one link.
