Tags being Indexed, but option Checked no to

Tags are getting indexed on one of my sites. I checked option not to index them from the start of my website, but somehow Google manage to index them, how did he find them and how did he index them despite having the option checked noindex.

Also, my other sites with ALL in One plugin and this option checked have no tags indexed, only this one website is having an issue, and both of them are on the same server.

Please give me some hints what to look for or what to do.
