 * When I go to change the part in my site where it says “just another wordpress
   weblog” — it wont let me when I go to “GENERAL SETTINGS.”
 * It says that I’m forbidden.
 * I’m allowed to do everything BUT change my “GENERAL SETTINGS.”
 * Anybody know why? please help.

 * its not mod_security, i posted a test comment to his/her blog that wouldnt have
   gotten past it.

 * Been a while since I sorted through [Roles_and_Capabilities](http://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities),
   perhaps jcdukefan isn’t logged in as an Admin level user?
