Tagline Won't Update Sitewide – 2013 Theme

I have a brand new site (rjspot.com), using the Twenty-Thirteen theme, and every time I update the tagline it won’t update sitewide. Only one or two pages will show it while the rest will show an older tagline. I’ve tried clearing my cache, deleting the WP Super Cache plugin, and refreshing pages. None of that has worked. (I’m also thinking of just getting the Genesis framework and one of their themes; still undecided about that) Thanks for your help!
