    Hi, I’ve installed the Goran theme on my site today (great theme, BTW – really fresh and clean) but the tagline doesn’t display, despite being set in the WordPress config. Is this by design?

    Hi there, add the following CSS. The site description is there, just hidden. I included the color declaration since you will likely want to change that.

    .site-description {
        color: #757575;
        display: block;
    }

    If you have not yet done so, I would suggest creating a child theme so that any customizations you make will not be overwritten by a future theme update. Alternately you can use the Edit CSS function in the Jetpack plugin, or use one of the other Custom CSS plugins that will keep CSS changes from being overwritten.

    Custom CSS plugins

    Whoops, you can’t make a child theme on Goran since it is a child of Edin. Use Jetpack or one of the custom CSS plugins.

    Awesome – thanks @sacredpath… I didn’t think to look for text that was there but invisible due to the template colours!
