Tagged images displaying with description

    I’m struggling to find a solution to the following.

    I have a bank of images which require multiple tag searching like in MediaTagger and I need the search result to display with the images as thumbnails on the left with the description of the image to the right. ie

    Has anyone any idea as to how to go about creating this?
