Tag widget without title still selects a title when it should remain empty

    In the location of which I want to use the tag widget, I prefer not to have a widget title and therefore left it blank. Usually this will stay blank in other widgets , but the tag widget still chooses that taxonomy title. Redundant in it’s location.
