    hope you’re doing great!

    Add to cart event is triggered when the product is added to the cart, not when navigating to the cart page.

    Hi, yes i know but after add to cart i have a problem with checkout event… it worked until January 2nd and then nothing, with pinterest account -> conversions -> event history

    Hope you are doing well!

    Please check on your WooCommerce site if you have orders from the last 7 days.

    • If you don’t have any orders, then you will need to purchase a dummy order so you can send the Checkout event to your Pinterest account.
    • If you have some orders in the last 7 days, could be related to a conflict with a plugin or the theme.

    remember that checkout event errors is cleared when a “user” adds an item to the cart and a successful checkout is fulfilled. (the checkout event is triggered on the Thank you page by the hook woocommerce_before_thankyou)
