Tag pages suddenly not working

    Last week after updating to 2.1.3 something strange happened. Out of the blue all my “tag” pages started generating 404s.

    Using Simple Tagging and Ultimate Tag Warrior I’m experiencing the same problems. With Ultimate Tag Warrior the regular URLs are working fine (those look like “/index.php?tag=tag”) but when I go to tidy URLs I get the 404.

    It appears to me this must be an issue with the rewrite rules. Now, tidy permalinks are working fine. No changes are being made to my .htaccess after I try to setup the URLs for tags – is it possible that something isn’t working there?

    Anyone have any thoughts on this?
