Tag Links at bottom of post not working

My wife pointed out that the “Tagged” links at the bottom of each post don’t seem to work. That is, the “Posted in <Category>” links do just what you would expect (bring up a page showing all posts in that category) but the “Tagged <tags>” bring up a page that says:

“Not Found

Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found.

And a search box. A little experimentation with Google suggests that the tags are working in terms of helping Google find my posts. Ie: Google finds my tags easily, but does not necessarily easily find non-tagged bits of text from my posts.

(Also, I would be interested in any recommendations for a plug-in that would do something a bit more interesting with the categories, tags and comments links. I really like the default WordPress template, but fear that readers won’t even notice that there are comments available to the blog posts because the comments link is so inconspicuous)
