Tag Current Release in SVN

Hello,

Would it be possible for you to tag the current release version in the wordpress.org SVN? Right now it seems like you only tag the previous version when uploading a new version. Tagging the current version as well will create a stable download URL to the current version, rather than an un-versioned download URL to trunk. This is also important to people using composer to manage plugins via https://wpackagist.org
