 * Is it possible to open tag cloud gallery in a new page instead of on the same
   page where the tags are actually displayed? Or maybe directly in lightbox?

   have any methods that would change the target of the Tag Cloud display type …
   you may be able to build a custom template to achieve this although it is not
   something we have are suggestions for at this time.
