Tabs worked but now it's not working

Hi,

Your plugin is fantastic, but I seem to have come across a problem while using the tabs. For two pages the tabs worked great but when I went to make a third page the tab codes didn’t work and none of the information between the brackets is showing up on the page.

Not sure what I did, please help! Thank you
