tabs not working

Using plugin version 1.2.3.

Plugin is outputting correct HTML at https://www.orsgroup.com.au/our-services/employment-services/disability-employment-services-des/, starting from:

but the tabs are not appearing, each tab is a block in a column of 3 vertical blocks.
