there is no simple solution for that. In order to link directly to a non-first tab (“hidden tab”) the tab has to first be shown and then you can link to it.

Hi,
Just to add to this, WP Tab Anchors conflicts with the SiteOrigin Google Maps plugin and prevents them from showing. It doesn’t even show a box, or the Google logo, the widget just doesn’t load at all.
I have opened a thread on the plugin page to let the developer know
