# Tablet Print Issue

 * Hi,
 * I’m using your plugin on my website and it works brilliantly on a computer without
   issues however i am having problems with getting it to work properly on a tablet.
 * On a computer when you click on the print button it comes up with the print set
   up screen however when i click it on the tablet it says ‘preparing document for
   printing’ with a load percentage box and then just disappears?
 * I have been able to print from the tablet via printers connected to the network
   however it doesn’t even give me the option to search for them?
 * I’m just unsure if there’s something i need to setup with the plugin that I’m
   missing?
 * If you have any ideas how to solve this I’d be very grateful.
