• Hi! Is ist normal that the mobile and tablet view show up extremely slowly? When opening the page, the grid takes almost a minute to show. I tried everything from limiting to just a few posts to lazy loading but nothing works to speed it up.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello there,
Thank you for contacting us.

It should only take seconds in any devices.

Anyway, We can’t find any views (created by our plugin) on your page.

I’m sorry. I had to delete the page above because something was completely broken. Here’s one with a view: https://www.petra-schier.de/schreibstube/

On my tablet and mobile phone it takes about 37 seconds to load. On desktop only on second. Internet speed and WiFi is fast enough.

When I installed the plugin it was as fast as you said, at least as far as I remember. But now ist’s very slow for several days. I did not make any changes so I don’t know what causes this problem.

Thank you for your reply.

Your page waited 20 seconds to load this script:
https://gc.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com/FD126C42-EBFA-4E12-B309-BB3FDD723AC1/main.js?attr=…

That script is not a part of our plugin.

You should find, then remove/unload that script.

As a Pro user, if you need help to find and remove that script, please contact us here.

Thank you very much! I found out that this script is inserted by Kaspersky Internet Security. I was able to switch this function off in Kaspersky (inject scripts into web traffic to interact with web pages) and now, at least, some other problem on my backend (slow reaction time) is solved. But my problem with showing views on my mobile devices very slowly still exists.
I don’t know if switching the Kaspersky funktion off makes an impact on my website code. Would you be so nice as to help me with finding the script? I am a Pro user.

There seems to be another snippet in Main.css as I found out reserching the problem. It seems to be something like that: <link rel=”stylesheet” crossorigin=”anonymous” href=”https://gc.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com/xxxxxxxxxxxx/abn/main.css”/>

The xxxxxxx part is some long row of numbers.

So now I found out that the slowness on mobile devices occurs only when I choose Pinterest or Masonary mode. If I switch to grid or timeline the views shows up directly on mobile phone and tablet.

The pinterest/masonry layouts only render layout when all scripts on the page are loaded.
I checked your page and this script is still loading:
https://gc.kis.v2.scr.kaspersky-labs.com/FD126C42-EBFA-4E12-B309-BB3FDD723AC1/main.js?attr=XXXXXXXXXXX

It takes 22 seconds to wait for that script.
That is why you could’t see the view output during that time.

If you already removed above script, please flush or clear the cache of WP Super Cache.

I don’t know how to locate or remove that script from my website. I could only switch the function in Kasperskx off, that injects my website ans scans it.

Okay, I found and removed it. Very strange that Kaspersky inserted said script into one of my textwidgets. Normally this script is only in my header (and does no harm). I removed it and everything is working fine again. But I’ll have to watch it very closely. Maybe Kaspersky inserts it again some time …
