# Tables code not working

 * I’ve got a question to ask I have a wordpress page and I use this code
 * <tr><td>1</td><td>2</td></tr>
    <tr><td>1</td><td>2</td></tr> <tr><td>1</td><td
   >2</td></tr>
 * the output on the page is still not in a table format, it’s in a straight row
   although the </tr> is there. Is my code wrong or sth?
