Hi Tobias,

A long time ago I had experienced a problem with Tablepress using lower screen resolutions. When you resize the web browser window to simulate a mobile device the symptom shows up for the Tablepress navigation bar of the table. It goes to a black bar and it’s very difficult to see the forward and back buttons between the different table pages. I wasn’t able to resolve the problem with my site as we suspected it to be a problem with the CSS but due to the nature of the theme which is no longer supported. Since I wasn’t able to correct the problem, you had addressed it for me in your plugin. Are you able to do this again please, as it appears the problem has resurfaced after some updates.

Hi!

Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble!

The cause for this is actually your theme. It is setting a black background color for all HTML <nav> tags (i.e. navigation bars), in the file https://www.dukemaps.net/wp-content/themes/ready-review/css/responsive.css.

To override this, you could add this to the “Custom CSS” text area on the “Plugin Options” screen of TablePress:
```
.dt-paging nav {
    background-color: transparent;
}
.dt-paging .mobile_handle {
    display: none;
}
```
